He is currently Director of Education for Electrical Seminars, Inc. of San Marcos, Texas. Mr. Holder is an active member of the National Fire Protection Association, International Association of Electrical Inspectors, and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. Perfect handbook for brushing up on calculations and general methods before testing in any state.
Great guide.
I use Ray Holder's exam prep for my Texas journeyman prep. Basically, I did all of his practice exams, taking time to understand HOW to perform each question was presented and performed. When I sat the actual exam, I felt like I was taking just another practice exam. The material and style felt very familiar. Passed first time with an 86% with over an hour left.
