Easy to read and follow, love this couple and so thankful they came out with an easy to refer to book for their meal prep recipes! I just pick and choose recipes every week and make my own meal plans. Definitely a great buy regardless. I use it every week! Thank You!
The outside of the book had a beautiful colored picture of the prep food but inside was warped black and white pictures that looked liked someone had made copies from their home copier. Very sad. Recipes were okay though.
My healthy meal cookbook. The recipes are great, and really well explained. There are photos for every recipe. This was an informative read. It helped me do a step by step lunch prep for every morning.
I am not a beginner meal prepper but this book would be great for someone getting started. I love the variety of recipes and that all of the nutrition information is included
